The VECCA (Villas at El Conquistador) Socialites believe in having fun! Our small community of about 50 homes bordering IMG Golf Club hosts many social events and has one big charitable heart.
The community has supported Pace Center for Girls over the past few years by providing gifts for the girls' Christmas stockings and also through individual donations made their Christmas wishes come true.
Since they are socialites, the team must be balanced out with friends and family fondly known as the Alley Cats, who are fervent champions of GIRLS and PACE over the years.
Enough quacking about us - we need your help in getting these cute little ducklings adopted so they can race down the Manatee River and you can win some awesome prizes!

As socialites, we would love to have you join us Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at Caddy’s on the Manatee River to see the ducks race. Dig out your tiaras, white gloves, and pearls and put it on your calendar (just kidding, it’s too hot for gloves in May). If you can’t come in person they live-stream the festivities so you can watch the action!
For 33 years PACE Center for Girls has provided girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy. Pace values all girls and young women, believing each one deserves an opportunity to find her voice, achieve her potential, and celebrate a life defined by responsibility, dignity, serenity, and grace.
