Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach is a faith-based, non-profit organization that provides adult outpatient substance use disorder treatment in the Crossroads area since 1999. We also provide additional services for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We believe that addiction is a treatable chronic disease and that every person can experience sobriety and build a life of recovery based on integrity, dignity, and self-respect. Our center is the only state-funded comprehensive adult treatment program in a 120-mile radius of Victoria.
