Micah Haze

Help us honor our little shark Micah Haze, who we lost at 36 weeks due to unexplained stillbirth. He was born March 14, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones. Although the time we got to share with him was short, the impact he left behind is everlasting. Not a day goes by that we don't speak Micah's name and wish more than anything he was with us earthside. If you know us, you know our son Micah. We wake up everyday and choose to move forward and not move on, bringing him with us not the way we planned, but the only way we can by honoring his memory. Grief is the hardest of human experiences, it is like a storm you can not take cover from. KinderMourn has provided me shelter from the storm and a refuge for my grieving heart. I am so grateful for the support and guidance from my KinderMourn counselor. With your support KinderMourn can continue to make a difference in families like ours that experience loss. KinderMourn provides hope for bereaved parents, grieving children, and teens by offering support and counseling programs, creating awareness of bereavement issues, and empowering the community to effectively assist those who have suffered an unthinkable loss.

What Your Ducks Can Do:

A Six Quack (6) - $30

Provides a week's worth of snacks and drinks, offered to all children and teens who visit the KinderMourn home for counseling

The Lucky Dozen (13) - $65

Provides one counseling session for a newly bereaved parent grieving the loss of a child at any age or from any cause

The Whole Raft (20) - $100

Provides one counseling group session with professional KinderMourn counselors for teens grieving the loss of a loved one

Super Flock (50) - $250

Provides counseling with KinderMourn clinical staff to school communities, employers, churches, etc. after a tragic or unexpected death
